Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions: - Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. - Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. - Sale, clearance, or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless defective). - Returns due to size or color preference are accepted (unless stated otherwise in product description).

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for: - Customized or personalized items. - Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or alteration. 

3. Return Process
Contact our customer service at capkucingkaya@gmail.com to request a return authorization. - Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided. - Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. - Refunds will be processed via [original payment method/bank transfer/store credit] within 7 business days. - Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. - If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Defective or Wrong Items

Each batik piece is uniquely, meaning the pattern placement may vary from the product photos shown. This is a natural characteristic of batik and not a defect. Remark: friendly reminder in the product description: Kindly note: Due to nature of batik, each piece is unique, and the pattern placement may differ from the images shown. This makes every item one of a kind.
